The company previously sold products via Instagram DMs and was ready to move to a professional e-commerce platform to grow nationally.

Lack of Online Storefront: GlowNest had no previous website, which made them rely on social media and manual order processing.

Limited reach beyond Instagram followers. No way to track or retarget customers.

Website Platform: Chose Shopify for scalability, design flexibility, and built-in e-commerce tools.
