Implemented a three-phase plan focused on process improvement, technology integration, and employee support.
1. Automating Initial Service Response:
The company added an AI chatbot to its website and customer portal, handling common inquiries instantly and freeing up customer service agents to tackle more complex issues.
2. Introducing Omnichannel Support:
They added live chat, social media, and a mobile-friendly portal, allowing clients to connect through their preferred channels for faster responses.
3. Employee Training and Wellness Programs:
